I recently discovered a very small section of mold in my basement, (approx 5 square ft).  Richard McGinty (aka Richie Mold) from All Island Mold, (who came highly recommended) came out to take a look, and asses the situation.
Richie took the time, explained everything in detail.  Any questions I had were answered, in complete detail. Quotes, schedule times, set-up and communication were exception!  Zero surprises
Richie and Tommy (his project manager) were super friendly, honest, arrived on time, setup and sealed off the work area professionally, worked long hours and did an amazing cleaning and sanitizing job of the entire basement.
I am completely blown away as to how clean everything now is.  How much better it now smells and the major difference in the air quality!  It is no longer the "Dungeon" but I room I very much look forward to using now.

Rich McGinty (Richie Mold) from ALL ISLAND MOLD INSPECTORS came to our home in Ronkonkoma, New York and helped us tremendously during a very stressful situation.

As an active duty military member, I truly appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and willingness to help another military family. During our military move, a moving company delivered mold-contaminated contents to our home, which affected the air quality inside the house. With children and pets in the home, we were extremely concerned about the environment and our family’s health.

Rich performed a full mold inspection, indoor air quality assessment, and mold air testing throughout the home. He used professional equipment including an infrared thermal imaging camera, moisture detection equipment, and a particle counter to help evaluate the indoor environment and air quality conditions inside the house. He explained everything clearly and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process.

Although he normally offers HEPA air scrubber equipment rentals, in our situation he dropped off two HEPA air scrubbers free of charge as a courtesy to help clean and filter the air in our home while we worked through everything. That truly meant a lot to our family.

He also sent our mold samples to a certified EPA laboratory for detailed analysis and reporting, which gave us a much better understanding of what we were dealing with and helped support our insurance claim process.

Not only did he help identify the mold and contamination concerns, but he also connected us with a public adjuster to assist with our insurance claim as well.

Richard McGinty (Richie Mold) owner of All Island Mold Inspectors was a huge help to me. He was honest, reasonable, professional, and extremely easy to talk to. He inspected everything carefully, explained it in plain English, and most importantly, he did not try to upsell me or push unnecessary work.
